Order Processing:Most items take a 2-3 day processing time, though we try to sent items out as quickly as possible.
Order Receipt/Problems with your order and PayPal:Please contact us directly if you have an issue with your order such as non-receipt of your merchandise. We are very willing to work with you to make things right. We do not have any control of the postal system or other delivery service companies or customs. If you have an issue please contact us directly via our e-mail or use the contact us page on our website to guarantee the message getting to us. If you choose to contact PayPal even to make an inquiry about your order, they will put a hold on the transaction, which starts a very long and complex process.
Unconfirmed Paypal Shipping Address:We ship only to confirmed Paypal addresses and will not ship to an unconfirmed PayPal address. We will attempt to contact you via the e-mail address provided from Paypal to validate the shipping address. Your order will be held for shipment until we verify that this has been corrected. This is done for your protection as well as ours in order to prevent fraud. If we are unable to verify shipping, your payment will be refunded via PayPal.
Holidays and Non-Operational Times:Orders on weekends and holidays: Items will be processed the next business day when possible. There may be times during the year where processing will be delayed due to holidays or for other reasons. These times will be posted on the website.
Outside CONUS and International Orders:For all other destinations (Alaska, Hawaii, and Worldwide), please use the International Ordering Menu Option for your order. We may invoice you separately for some countries. International orders will be typically shipped on Fridays.
Customs Fees, Forms and TaxesYou are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, brokerage charges, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods! If you do not pay the required brokerage fees, VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc - we cannot issue any refunds.
We cannot falsify customs forms. The customs forms will describe the contents and cost of your order. We cannot mark orders as "gift", "sample", "educational" or lower the values. We makes best efforts to follow all rules, regulations and laws for export compliance.
Return Guidelines:All sales are final with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise at time of receipt. If you item is defective or it was received damaged due to shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Include a description of the damages, and pictures if at all possible. This information is very helpful to us in assessing how we package our orders and helps prevent similar problems in the future. We’ll get replacements for the damaged goods out to you right away. Items are not refundable unless lost in transit. If you have problems with your order, please contact us immediately so we can help you.
All return shipments must include an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number (from customer service). Any return sent without an RMA number will be returned to you.
All returns must include any accessories, manuals, documentation, etc. that shipped with the product.
Returns may take up to 2 weeks to process, not including transit times.
Defective Returns are eligible for replacement or store credit only. They are not eligible for a refund..
Some products are not eligible for a return. These include, but are not limited to, custom configured products, and older version releases, paints, adhesives, patinas, fasteners.
In the event that we need to send you a replacement, return shipping will only cover delivery of the replacement part. You may not add additional purchases on top of a replacement shipment.
Please note that in the case of returns original Shipping Costs will not be refunded.
